"I switched over to SportClips from Barber's because of the reservation system. Liked my first and second haircut, but today's experience, has made me regret my move and i am going back to Barber's. The reason : I made an appointment online for my son with Gayla Strope at 03:18 pm . At 02:46 pm i get a message to be there in 10 minutes, so we hurry into the car and get there around 03:00 PM. We walk in and on the board, it shows my son's name at the first position and On Deck. I see Gayla (she has done my hair before) and she is cleaning up. I assume it won't be long before it is my son's turn. At a certain moment, she walks up to the counter, looks at the computer and then walks away to the back ( apparently for a break). Suddenly the board changes and my son is still at nr1 but waiting time is now set to 27 minutes. I spoke to one of the hairstylists and asks what this is all about. She tells me that is because i have asked Gayla. That to me is a nonsense reason. Why does sport clips allow for reservations, then gives a different time (phone text) and when you get there change the complete reservation again? The reason i want a reservation is because i do not want to wait long. You have just lost 2 customers and no, i will not recommend you to others. On the contrary."

"Paulina was excellent! She was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. I found out she was actually helping out on her day off due to another worker calling in sick. She wasn’t unpleasant because she had to come in on her day off and took her time cutting my hair and did an amazing job. It’s so difficult to find people these days who will go out of their way to help others without complaining or being negative. Paulina deserves a raise! And has a loyal customer going forward."

"Paulina was both friendly & talented when it came to cutting my hair. I requested a style I haven’t worn for a few years and she recreated it perfectly from a photo I showed her. The hot towel, hair wash/rinse with accompanying scalp massage was definitely a highlight. The entire process proved to be quite the stress reliever. I honestly haven’t felt this great in a long time."
